No reason it shouldn't; Triple Pack was a season pass which included SP DLC (along with MP bonuses), but was discontinued when ND introduced Adventurer Pack.

Nothing to download, it'll just detect it. If you want to make certain you have the pack: start U4, go into MP and it should award you with MP stuff. (Guns and... er, hats, I think.)
