Just doesn't really look like the same person to me, even more extreme than what they did to Elena. Making females in games less err 'attractive' seems to be a bit in vogue these days, especially with the likes of ND. And while I have no problem with that it's a shame if they feel the need to change the look of a well liked iconic character for the series just so they can pat themselves on the back about what a well rounded female protagonist they've made.

I hope Neil Druckmann's not going to go The Last of Us all over this, I'd much rather a game more akin to Uncharted 2 than 4.

edit: Your point (ND making the women look less attractive) would stand if the whole of U4 hadn't had a different tone to previous games. Maybe they are doing it for the wrong reasons, but at least they're consistent. (The whole game had a more down to earth, grown up feel to it.)

I'm having this same conversation on GAF She wouldn't have had to speak and I'd have realised that was Chloe Frazer. She looks different, yes. But she doesn't look like a different character. Did you ever read The Walking Dead comics? The first few issues or so were stylised, then a few issues later they *completely* changed its cartoony look to a realistic one. The character models looked nothing alike. The way some people are reacting to this, you'd think this Chloe situation was the same thing.

Don't know where the "making female characters less attractive" thing is coming from, they've clearly just tried to make her more realistic-looking (as they did with every other character in Uncharted 4).



Looks like they tried to make her more Asian. She doesn't look any more or less attractive to my eyes, just more like a real person.

They've simply made the characters look realistic, by comparison they were cartoony on PS3

They really messed the faces up in 3 didn't they. I remember Elena looking completely different, but I never realised how odd Chloe looks too...

Poor man's version of this

Seem's fine to me. A bit uninspired maybe but fine.

It would be incredibly generic if it wasn't two women.

It's still very boring and forgettable.

That's the issue for me; it's the most unimaginative, lazy cover they could have gone with. They did the same with U4 but at least that offered a action shot on its reverse side. Here's hoping it's the same with this.
