If I'm not mistaken isn't it supposed to be sort of like when a fighter pilot pulls a high G manoeuvre and they lose colour vision and eventually consciousness?
I'm sure I read that somewhere but have no idea where or why I remember.

Show me a video of you avoiding gunfire while driving down the town escaping the armoured vehicle.

Yeah, I'm with chalky on that bit, the being riddled with bullets and multiple deaths kind of ruined that sequence.

To be honest, during spectacle moments like that they'd be better off just sneakily making you invulnerable and letting it play out like a full on movie action sequence. The point is clearly not the challenge, it's the spectacle so just let you sit back and enjoy playing feeling like you're a strawberry floating badass.

Same here. It didn't help that I didn't make a single turn without plowing in to the point of an intersection or spinning out, either way I stopped at every street and waited until the screen went coloured again before driving off and doing the same again :fp:

I'd have preferred a bit of faux danger there to keep the momentum going, have me taking hits but in a controlled way so I feel like I'm keeping from death from skill.

Just done that bit on Crushing, it's alright.

The cutscene afterwards didn't really ring true on the first playthrough and it doesn't a second time either.
I get why Elena is upset, but she acts like she's just discovered Nate has relapsed on his heroine addiction. Maybe that's how she sees his adventures but even so the reveal that he has a brother again just lands weirdly.

:dread: Sometimes when skipping cut scenes, (I'm replaying the game) this has load times as bad as Bloodborne.

You really don't like me do you.

I was just taking the piss. I think I'm above average at street fighter, I'm pretty average at everything else.

Although saying that I didn't die on that jeep section

Maybe you didn't die but the point people were making was the screen going black and white when getting hit which surely happened to you or are you so amaze you deflect bullets with your get gudness?

What difficulty did you play it on too?

They need to do something about the healing skills in this as 99% of games I'm the only person with a throw-able health pack and to me it's about a million times better than a grenade. I keep getting put on teams where everyone else has zero intention of reviving people even when they are downed at their feet and in cover and they only concentrate on getting downs and don't seem to realise that stopping people dying is as important as kills.

I've probably had more clutch revives than I have people not reviving me, maybe I'm just lucky.

Reviving is extra easy in this game though as both you and the other person can move.

It's ridiculous, they either don't realise that it adds another kill to the opposing side or they're selfish and think only kills matter.

I'm competitive in that I want more points at the end than my team mates, but I always revive.

Just finished the first of a few play throughs. Stunning. Mesmerising visuals and set pieces, great story and one of the funnest gaming experiences ive ever had. Spent so much of the game with a big silly grin on my face. Wondrous stuff.
