I was pretty sad finishing this. In the same way that you're sad when you finish a great novel because you know that's it, no more.

Just incredible. My GOTY which I doubt will be beaten.

Now time to get stuck into the MP which after one game I can already tell it's pretty amazing. I'll be up for some games with you guys on Sundays if it's happening.

Never really went back to this after completing it until yesterday, decided to mop up some trophies and have a little fun while my 3DS was charging. I had no idea about the cel-shaded mode, or any of the other modes. Some very cool unlockables to explore when you've completed the main campaign.

When you get killed on the multiplayer, does anyone know what the +1 is?.

It shows on the screen with who killed you, I've looked in the modifier menu but can't see it.

Just had a look at the vid I posted and couldn't see a +1 when I got KO'd. Where abouts on the screen does it appear?

It's happened to me when I've been shot, if I can I'll take a screen grab

Edit: it says assisted by 1, must mean a modifier that's been see by the other person.

Finally

Patch 1.05 is out

MULTIPLAYER

Fixed major networking issues*
Fixed an animation exploit for taunts
Fixed Party Join issue
Age Restriction settings adjusted for several countries
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bahrain, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom

*A couple of notes regarding the “major networking issues”:

We expect to see a dramatic reduction of “white-plug” errors occurring for those with adequate connections
We have also made changes that should help address the appearance of Invisible/Invincible enemies due to networking errors

Should be easier & shouldn't take as long to get into a game. Hopefully.

Edit:oh oh oh they're doing 50% relic bonus on all challenges & 70% discount on all vanity item bundles.

Edit 2: just checked my challenges & have gone from 450 relics to 675, get in :toot: :toot: :toot:

It means 2 people damaged you for that kill.

strawberry floating hell, chapter 19 was just not fun in any way. Reminded me of the worst parts of Uncharted 3 although it was nowhere near that bad. I was so glad when it was over. All 3 forced combat sections (so far) have not been enjoyable to play for me. I wish Naughty Dog would drop this gooseberry fool as they clearly can't do it right.

Ok, the ending almost made me choke up a little. :( It was just so wonderfully done. There were definitely feels involved.

How did you like the final boss? I thought it was awesome, best final boss in the series in my opinion. Although that's not exactly hard

Died about 10 times therefore I didn't enjoy it all that much. It was a fine idea executed poorly. All hand-to-hand combat in the game was pants, really.

I died a lot too, but it was my own fault.

I finished the game yesterday. Really enjoyed my time with it. The bullet sponge enemies were still a bit annoying but the gunplay was probably my second favourite aspect of the game, with the fantastic story being number one.

I thought the epilogue was a really nice touch. The end of the game was moving in a way that I haven't experienced since the end of The Last of Us.

Weakest aspect for me (and I use the word 'weakest' lightly) was probably some of the puzzles, particularly:

The one beneath the cathedral where you had to find the little squares in the pirate portraits. That was more of a test of my eyesight than a puzzle... And apparently I need to go to the opticians. I really lost patience with that one.

What were bullet sponge enemies? I thought they were all pretty fair. The guys with big armour can be killed in two headshots with a sniper or that high powered pistol.

Yeah, they were fair. Did notice on a couple of occasions though that some of the lesser enemies took quite a few torso hits before they went down... You're right though a headshot typically does the job.

EDIT: My love affair with the basic pistol probably didn't help me much either!

Or if your feeling brave, knock their helmets off with a headshot and finish them off with a punch-up.

Hoping for E3 they will reveal new maps, better clothing & items (loving the rabbit ears  ), map selector, level up system & medals, more ways to earn relics (10 flipping relics for a win, whoopie strawberry floating doo, three challenges aren't enough either, get it sorted :x ) & stop putting me in games with people who have poor connections as the lag is starting to grate a bit.
