I really hope this whole administration goes down in flames as it's a complete disaster. It'll be fun watching Trump blame everyone but himself and throw all his supporters under the bus in an attempt to save himself.
The problem is even when he's throwing everyone under the bus I have a feeling his supporters will back him in whatever crazy gooseberry fool he throws against the wall and the fight to get him ousted will be brutal. I only hope that the mid-terms are a real pasting for Republicans and that someone (anyone) decides to run as an alternate republican candidate against him in 2020 to force a primary battle as it will also be fun to watch that shitshow.
More incredibly, the article says that Senate Republicans knew a week ago that a 2nd allegation was coming and they've pushed ahead trying to force Ford to testify before the news could break.
There's multiple conflicting reports all over the shop at the moment, but the consensus is that he's heading to the White House expecting to be fired, not to resign. This would apparently limit the methods available to the White House to assign his replacement.
Trump is giving a speech at the UN general assembly right now, he said his administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in history and they laughed at him
