Yeah the woman should lose her job, she abused her position, but had she not been a teacher then there would have been no 'crime' comitted. She most certainly shouldn't spend any time whatsoever in prison.

Things like this are only going to serve to discourage people from pursuing a career in teaching because there's too much fear of prison or being made into a media villian if you so much as look in the wrong direction.
