And now to the finalists. As you'll see the voting was so close that a lot of nominees were nominated the same amount of times so pretty much every category has a different number of contenders. When you vote this time you can only vote for up to 3 in each category. Make sure to put your No. 1 choice at the top. Your top pick will get three points, 2nd will get two and 3rd will get one. Obviously whomever gets the most points wins that category. I'm tentatively going to leave the voting open for one week today but once again I may close the competition slightly earlier. All votes must be PMed to me please.

And so in no particular order we have the finalists of the GRcade USTV Awards 2010/2011:

You should have shown some restraint.

It's pretty obvious who will win the main categories though.

Theoretically yeah it's obvious but with the nominations being so close you might be surprised.

strawberry float off. EDIT - Oh wait I see, agreed.

An Idiot Abroad? How the hell exactly is that USTV? I could understand The Ricky Gervais Show with it premiering on HBO.

Adrian Grenier best actor nomination? Ok, who's been on drugs watching Entourage?

But good work, Mori, Having done it the past two years I know how much of a pain it is to add all this gooseberry fool up and then deal with moaning Herbi in the aftermath.

Let's be honest- the Dramedy category was always going to be a joke. Aside from Men of a Certain Age I wouldn't consider anything in that 'genre' award worthy.

Breaking Bad for most overrated show :?
Weeds for worst finale (End of S6 was good)
The entire male cast of IASIP for worst actor  :fp:
Robert Sean Leonard & Jesse Spencer for worst actor

But good work, Mori, Having done it the past two years I know how much of a pain it is to add all this gooseberry fool up and then deal with moaning Herbi in the aftermath.

It wouldn't be so much work if it was done in a logical way

What's the logical way? To have one round of voting and end up with 20 winners because 20 different people voted for 20 different things. It wouldn't work.

Let's be honest- the Dramedy category was always going to be a joke. Aside from Men of a Certain Age I wouldn't consider anything in that 'genre' award worthy.

Rescue Me.

Lou :(

Also, Paul Schulze is great in Nurse Jackie.

Actually, Maura Tierney should win supporting actress hands down in that category. The rest of this season of Rescue Me was good, but nothing award worthy :(
Worst character on USTV (all genres)
Herbi

An Idiot Abroad? How the hell exactly is that USTV? I could understand The Ricky Gervais Show with it premiering on HBO.

An Idiot Abroad was partly filmed in America and so I'm decreeing it's USTV because I'm in charge.

Thanks. I didn't actually mind doing the adding up once I'd got the spreadsheet sorted, it just took ages to type everything in.

I'm sure USTV Thread regulars can guess who that one was.

I love that pretty much everyone from a 'best' list is on the corresponding 'worst' list too

Where? He's there.

Oh I've found him now. I was looking at the brackets rather than the people so I could find the TV shows I know and Game of Thrones was changed to GoT so I missed it D:

Lego Grand Theft Auto... You KNOW you would buy it.
