I thought Black Lightning was ok, alright its not the best thing ever, but I don't think its really any worse than the other DC stuff on TV at the moment.

I'll give it a few more episodes. Usually the DC shows don't have decent pilot episodes. Plus I'd want to see it if they do a crossover episode.

I'm sure I read somewhere there wouldn't be a crossover episode. It's the acting thats ruined it for me, seriously looks and sounds like they all skipped acting school it's that bad.

Why can't DC comics buy good writers and showrunners?

Our Cartoon President S01E01, Sundays in the US.

From executive producer Stephen Colbert comes this hilarious look into the Trump presidency, animation style. Starring two-dimensional avatars of Donald Trump and his merry band of insiders and family members, this cutting-edge comedy presents the truish adventures of Trump, his confidants and bon vivants. It's a workplace comedy where the office is oval, a character study in search of character, and a timely political send-up of our always-colorful forty-fifth president and his family. Trust us, it's yuge, and you're going to laugh bigly.

Looking forward to the Joel McHale show, not seen much of him post-Community. I know he's been in some sitcom (Great Outdoors or something?) recently but I hear that's pretty shite so will be good to see him in something decent (hopefully)

Also - I know he always had a forehead on him back in the day, but that thing is a monstrosity now! He's up there with Ant Mcpartlin in the oversized forehead stakes these days!

Wow.

I liked him in Community so I might give it a shot but I won't be getting my hopes up.

I enjoyed it - obviously you have to be on board with the basic premise of these kinds of shows, and it helps to like McHale!

It wasn't mind blowing but raised enough laughs from me that I'll be watching next week.
