Is Mr Mercedes on TV anywhere in the UK?

I called off his players' names as they came marching up the steps behind him....All nice guys. They'll finish last. Nice guys. Finish last.

Don't think so. It was barely on TV in America, it aired on The Audience Channel or whatever that is.

I couldn't find Mr Mercedes in 1080P anywhere. Had to settle for 720P. Not aware of it being shown in UK. Surprised Netflix hasn't gone for it.

Absolutely awesome show. Only heard about it because of GRCade. Fully recommend it.

Alias Grace, Season 1, Friday 3rd November. All episodes that day on Netflix UK.

Alias Grace is based on Margaret Atwood's award-winning novel. The six-hour miniseries follows Grace Marks, a poor, young Irish immigrant and domestic servant in Upper Canada who, along with stable hand James McDermott, was convicted of the brutal murders of their employer, Thomas Kinnear, and his housekeeper, Nancy Montgomery, in 1843.

S.W.A.T. S01E01, Thursdays in the US.

Inspired by the television series and the feature film, S.W.A.T. stars Shemar Moore as a locally born and raised S.W.A.T. sergeant newly tasked to run a specialized tactical unit that is the last stop in law enforcement in Los Angeles. Torn between loyalty to where he was raised and allegiance to his brothers in blue, former Marine Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson has everything it takes to be an excellent leader and bridge the divide between his two worlds. Hondo's elite unit includes David "Deacon" Kay, an experienced S.W.A.T. officer who always puts the team first, despite feeling overlooked for the lead job; Jim Street, a cocky but promising new member of the group; Christina "Chris" Alonso, a skilled officer and the team's canine trainer; and Dominique Luca, an expert driver who gets them in and out of high risk situations. Overseeing the unit is Jessica Cortez, the captain of L.A. Metro who values her job above all else, including her off-the-books relations with Hondo. Hondo's team enjoys an intense rivalry with another L.A.-based unit led by Mumford, an aggressive leader who likes to do things his way. With Hondo leading the charge, these dedicated men and women bravely put themselves at risk to protect their community and save lives.

Great first season of The Deuce. Shame it was only 8 eps but I'm very pleased it's been renewed. It was also great to see so many faces from The Wire, I counted D'Angelo, Cheese, Chris Partlow, Slim Charles, Lester, Sobotka and Levy.

That episode convinced me it's Abbott. She's clearly a mental and had the opportunity to plant the evidence.

SMILF S01E01, Sundays in the US. 1st episode already available.

Bridgette Bird is a smart, scrappy, young single mom trying to navigate life in South Boston with an extremely unconventional family. She struggles to make ends meet, which leads her to impulsive and at times immature decisions. Above all, Bridgettte wants to make a better life for her son. Don't miss this semi-autobiographical half-hour comedy from the creative mind of Frankie Shaw, an original and fresh new female voice.

Not sure what to make of this after 2x08. I don't think it's Russell, but the lingering image of Angry Abbott(TM) makes me think she is also a red herring.

If it was Lee, I think he would have admitted it or at least gloated at tricking Gamby for so long. Abbott is the only other person there's been any foreshadowing towards.
