That's ridiculous that Battle of the Bastards could never be nominated. Utterly stupid.

I've recently started watching Deadwood. Really good so far, some strong characters and intriguing plotlines. Calamity Jane is pretty annoying though.

I found her really annoying at the start too, but she gets less so as it progresses.

Cool, whilst it was probably my least favourite of the Marvel Netflix shows so far I'd still happily watch more.

Midnight, Texas S01E01, Mondays in the US.

Welcome to a place where being normal is really quite strange. From Niels Arden Oplev, the visionary director of "Mr. Robot," and based on the hit book series from author Charlaine Harris ("True Blood"), comes a journey into a remote Texas town where no one is who they seem. From vampires and witches to psychics and hit men, Midnight is a mysterious safe haven for those who are different. As the town members fight off outside pressures from rowdy biker gangs, ever-suspicious cops and their own dangerous pasts, they band together and form a strong and unlikely family.

Watching Arrested Development again on Netflix and Meet the Veals is arguably the best episode.

Manhunt: Unabomber S01E01, Tuesdays in the US.

Manhunt: UNABOMBER tells the dramatic and gripping true story of the FBI's hunt for the Unabomber, the deadliest serial bomber in history. The story focuses on FBI Agent and Criminal Profiler Jim "Fitz" Fitzgerald (played by Sam Worthington of "Avatar" and "Hacksaw Ridge"), who pioneered the use of forensic linguistics to identify and ultimately capture the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski (Paul Bettany, "Captain America: Civil War," "Avengers" series and "A Beautiful Mind"). This series features both Bettany and Worthington's first major leading roles on U.S. television.

The Sinner S01E01, Wednesdays in the US.

An eight episode close-ended series, The Sinner follows a young mother (Jessica Biel) who, when overcome by an inexplicable fit of rage, commits a startling act of violence and to her horror has no idea why. The event launches an inverted and utterly surprising crime thriller whose driving force is not the “who” or the “what” -- but the “why” -- as an investigator (Bill Pullman) finds himself obsessed with uncovering the woman's buried motive. Together they travel a harrowing journey into the depths of her psyche and the violent secrets hidden in her past.

For a tiny cottage in a tiny town, this place sure is going to see a lot of baggage. Each episode, new guests will bring their special brand of crazy to this new comedy from "My Name Is Earl" creator Greg Garcia.
