Could it be a time frame thing maybe. There hasn't been a season of GOT between last years Emmys and this years has there as GOT was on earlier in the year last year?

The seventh season of "Game of Thrones" will not premiere until July 16, which means HBO's fantasy series has missed the eligibility period to be considered for this year's awards. (To qualify for the 2017 Emmys, a program had to air episodes between June 1, 2016, and May 31, 2017.)

And, no, the four Season 6 episodes that aired during the aforementioned dates don't count. The television academy has a "hanging episodes" rule. The Season 6 episodes were counted as being released in last year's eligibility period, so no matter how amazing "Battle of the Bastards" was, it cannot be nominated this time.

Yay i was right for once. That's about of a shame about the last four episodes of season 6 as that means those episodes were never eligible in any year. Battle of the bastards deserves some recognition.

That's ridiculous that Battle of the Bastards could never be nominated. Utterly stupid.

Ceres dialect of Belter Creole.

It reminds me of Afrikaans, but in Jared Harris' case it's his bad English impersonation of Afrikaans.

I've recently started watching Deadwood. Really good so far, some strong characters and intriguing plotlines. Calamity Jane is pretty annoying though.

I found her really annoying at the start too, but she gets less so as it progresses.

Cool, whilst it was probably my least favourite of the Marvel Netflix shows so far I'd still happily watch more.

Watching Arrested Development again on Netflix and Meet the Veals is arguably the best episode.
