Survivor:
Well I wasn't expecting that!

Verner certainly crossed a line there but you can see he genunely felt bad and regretted it afterwards. I do wonder how he found out in the first place though, and that random "metamorphosis" word in the challenge suddenly being relevant just makes me question the editing once again. It feels like the whole thing was setup somehow.

Penultimate episode of The Expanse was a cracker. Errinwright has turned into a total banana split. I thought for sure he was gonna off himself for most of the episode, the random scene with his never-before-seen son was just a red herring, it turned out.. Loved Avasarala's first line when she met Mao. She's so snarky, such an entertaining character. Should be a cracking finale next week after that final shot! :o :o

I thought that bit was brilliant, the bit where Bobbie saw the cucumber sandwiches was pretty funny too.

Will be very sad to see Girls end. The smartest, best written sitcom on television this decade.

Is it a Sitcom?

Personally I'd say that accolade ought to go to Detectorists.

Good question. It's another show that purports to use New York as a character in its own right, so maybe only in the loosest sense.

Anyone watching Feud.its a really great show ,Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon play the roles perfectly and after watching Whatever happened to Baby Jane? recently it makes watching the battle between the two even better.I don't usually go for dramas but it's very well done with some top acting and writing.

Really enjoyed the Good Fight, but 10 episodes is far too short a season for this sort of show. Hope the 2nd season is longer, but it will be 2018 before it is back :(

strawberry floating AMAZING finale to Season 2 of The Expanse. This might go on to top Battlestar Galactica as my favourite Sci-Fi series. Avasarala and Bobby continue to be bloody awesome.

The scenes with the protomolocule monster were so tense, I was on edge the entire episode.

The Adam Savage cameo! I saw his videos on-set but didn't know they gave him a cameo spot He's a huge fan of the show as he goes on about it on his podcast all the time.

The wait for Season 3. :dread:

I read on GAF that this finale only covers up to halfway though book 2, similar to how the season 1 finale covered the events of halfway through Book 1 and the actual finale was 205 (which is why it was such an incredible episode). So, the end of what's going on now will mostly likely be wrapped up halfway though the next season.

Such a strange way to go about it. :fp:

Chalky, if you haven't read the books then I recommend you give them a go.

I've read all but the most recent one and although I pretty much know whats going to happen next in the show they haven't spoiled my enjoyment at all.

That's why I don't want to read them, i don't want to know what happens next. The show is so good I don't want to lessen the experience. I already had one thing spoiled for me regarding [book 3 spoiler] the investigator. :fp: strawberry float sake.

Double episode of Survivor this week! :D

I thought both parts were really good. Lots of alliances being broken and the game is much more interesting when you don't know who is on who's side.

Bit gutted to see Ozzy go already, even though he doesn't appear to do any strategizing so I don't think he could win anyway. Debbie being the one to come up with that plan and even using the double vote to ensure it happened was a bit out there. Those sorts of plays are great because even if you don't like Debbie (I don't) you can't disagree that she has influenced the game. If she somehow gets to the final at least she made moves on her way, unlike Ozzy.

Zeke is definitely playing too hard. I don't see how he can get to the final now. He was already a huge target after the Verner reveal and then he goes and starts betraying everyone.

Tai has to be a strong favourite even without his TWO idols. Something has to go seriously wrong for him not to get to the final.
