Also watched the first 2 episodes of monarch, and so far so good. Apple have been impressing me lately.

Archers special finale "In from the Cold" airred over the weekend

Felt the ending was a bit odd. I wonder how late in the day they decided to make it the full ending. It was oddly lacking in climax (phrasing) whilst also having closure for a lot characters and lots of callbacks.

Still felt like the last 3 epiodes of the season cut off and then bodged together rather than a "finale event",
