It has literally zero fun to it whatsoever. Why does everything have to be dark and gritty now?

Salem doesn't even strawberry floating talk.

That's cause he originally never did.

And then they fixed that massive oversight to make him the best character.

I have such a poor attention span for tv that I loved it but still have only seen 2.5 episodes nearly a fortnight later

In other semi-ustv news this review of the Transparent creator's book is ridiculously brutal

Well the finale of Sunny knocked itvout the strawberry floating park. So unexpected and so good.

(Don’t google etc if you’re going to watch)

Can’t believe how little ‘the internet’ seems To be covering it. Thought there’d be articles everywhere

Origin, Wednesday on Youtube Premium.

From the producers of The Crown & producers of Lost comes Origin, a chilling new original series that follows a group of troubled passengers as they wake up on a damaged spaceship abandoned in deep space. Each having left behind a dark past in search of a fresh start on a newly colonized planet, they’re determined to survive at all costs. But as their terrifying situation spirals into paranoia, they come to realize that the greatest threat to their dream of starting over – and indeed their lives – is something far darker than the pasts they were so desperate to escape.

Finished Sabrina.

Interesting to watch (that asethics :D) but the story/character can be a bit all over the place. Plot elements just come and go with no rhyme or reason.

I believe Netflix bought it off The CW so "Season 1" and "Season 2" are really meant as one big season, with this being the "mid season" finale.

Watched episode 1 of Haunting of House Hill - what a load of shite.

Overacted, dreadful dialogue, cheap looking, don't see the fuss at all.

I am a huge fan of Elena Ferrante and the Neopolitan Chronicals are maybe the finest literary works of the decade so far.

I feel like there are a million ways to get My Brilliant Friend wrong, and only one way to get it right, but I'm hopeful judging by the reviews.

Dirty John S01E01, Sundays in the US.

Debra Newell (Connie Britton) has a seemingly perfect life: she’s successful, beautiful and lives in one of California’s most desirable coastal cities, Newport Beach. The only thing missing is love. So when she finally meets charming and handsome doctor John Meehan (Eric Bana), she’s quickly swept into a whirlwind romance, much to the dismay of her daughters Terra (Julia Garner) and Veronica (Juno Temple). Their fast-tracked relationship creates tension between Debra and the girls, leaving them no choice but to investigate the stranger who has swept their mother off her feet. And with a fraught family history, the backstory of Debra and her mother Arlane (Jean Smart) provides insight into why she may have been so vulnerable to John in the first place. As Debra gets drawn deeper into his lies and sinister game of psychological manipulation, it results in horrific consequences for an entire family.

Yes, loving this season much more than I expected to.
John was my winner pick from the start, but he was unlucky to go out when he did. Christian seems too obvious a winner, I expect he will be gone just before final tribal. Now I'm thinking Davie as potential winner, he's played a strong game and kept well hidden.
