PostV For Vendetta Graphic Novel Problem

Hi.. V For Vendetta is my 2nd Favourite book of all time..

i dont own a copy tho..

went to buy one from amazon..

ordered what i said was the year 2000 print version.. get the book says: 'Now a Major Motion Picture' on the front.

I dont want it this copy.. i am gonn send it back.. but has anyone else bought a copy from amazon (or dave forbid Play.com) or any other comparitivly priced (£10-£12) place recently that doesent have 'Now a Major Motion Picture' printed 3/4 of the way across the top?

all help much appreciated..

Try instore in HMV, if you're in London you can try the large comic shop there, orbital comics. Might be worth calling them infact, they do delivery. Also, the artist or author for the book will be signing copies soon at that store.

I brought one off David Lloyds table when he was at Brum Con for him to sketch in and sign and his copies had the "Motion Picture" text on the front. I imagine that until there's a new printing (or maybe even an absolute edition) you'll be hard pressed to find a copy that DOESN'T have it on the front.
