Doing nothing as far as I'm aware. I'll probably watch Champions League actually. I Don't think I've ever done anything "special" for Valentine's Day. I 99% percent of the time cook dinner, so even cooking a nice meal wouldn't be anything special, and I'd never go for a meal out either.

Bought him a couple of secondhand books I'll probably write something cheesy in the front of, and a card. It's our anniversary on the weekend so that's the big celebration, but it's nice to do something on Valentines. We've bought some not-the-cheapest-in-Spar wine and he's cooking tea, will watch a film etc.

Bought some scallops the size of my face and a massive rib of beef for dinner, with some fizz.

First day off in a week so I'm in process of four loads of washing and unclogged the Dyson.

My wife and I bought each other cards, while we were together. I've found it's not very easy doing this special stuff when you have a 4 month old.

Working away so will cry deeply.

Footlong chicken pizziola though, so good.
EDIT - if anyone (Ad7) wants to food-snob Subway, strawberry float off. It beats the hospital food.

Me and my gf have got each other small gifts and cards but I started a new job today and she is working too so we'll not get to do anything fancy today. Might go out for a meal tomorrow though.

Personally my fave part of the day is watching all the losers get salty.

We got each other deliberately cringey pun cards and chocolates.

We don't really enjoy going out for dinner or whatever on Valentine's because everywhere is rammed.

Had a thoroughly miserable day, but it was nothing to do with Valentine's Day. Didn't get a Valentine, didn't give one.

Dinner and a movie with the wife on Friday night, but there's strawberry float all good out, so I guess it's just dinner.

Edit: Accidentally elbow dropped my wife's sciatic nerve. She has sciatica. Happy Valentine's Day!
