It auto fires and you move at one set speed. Is console much different?

I played it via xCloud touch controls and it was completely fine. It's not exactly the kind of game that requires much precision.

Yeah. I mean I would have liked to be able to aim in a different direction to where my character is moving but maybe that's not in the original game either

You can't specifically aim any weapons. Some fire the direction you're facing, while others will target nearest enemies, random enemies, or fire in a another fixed direction.

Tried on on my android phone..... It's probably because I'm used to having everything unlocked and playing with an Xbox controller but it was very slow and clunky.

I felt the same.

Honestly it's cool but it felt like a cookie clicker. Keep playing so the numbers go up and you kill more enemies more quickly.

I bought the first DLC on release but haven't gotten into it yet as I'm still enjoying the main game too much.

I'll have to crank the Xbox up, if only because that's where I've made the most progress. Great game, especially as you only need 1 finger.

New dlc is out. Just bought it on Android and will get it on Xbox too.

Only discovered this last week through Game Pass and it’s all I play now! Really enjoyable, fun, addictive game.

Completed 1st 2 worlds (30 mins timer reached) and unlocked a ton of achievements and about 1/3 of unlockables.

Bought base game and DLC whilst on offer as less than £5 or thereabouts.

I know the new DLC will be keeping everyone busy, but I've just put in 20 minutes or so of that new "Renfield" game on steam.

It's a tie-in for the movie, but it's also an fun spin on Vampire Survivors.
It adds more rogue-like elements and is in smaller arenas that you need to clear to move through each stage to find a target that you can either save, or take to Dracula, then you have to get out again which will be easier or harder depending on what choice you make.

It's in early access, so it's not got masses of content yet, but it's only £4.49 and for the 20 minutes or so I've played it's definitely worth that.
