I pre-ordered Afrika from them and they took the money out Tuesday but have not posted it yet (Still says pre-order processing and no email) so I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem with them? They sent me Demon's souls and that was fine but now they won't respond to emails asking about my problem so I'm a bit stuck.

I was hoping for a reply from them to my email today . I really hope I haven't wasted £40 on a game for nothing.

Just wait, sometimes they don't update the status. I've had games arrive when it says they are still being processed.

Oh, that's at least a bit more helpful as I've still had no reply to my emails to the service team.

I've still had no response from them to my emails or had a dispatch note . I think they have taken $60 from me and I'm going to get nothing at all.

I hope no one else gets this sort of crappy service.

That's too bad, petercrisp. Up till now I've had nothing but good experiences with them. *knocks on wood*
