I used to go to Charlestown every year when we were on holiday in cornwall (see the gap behind the rock and the cliff, you walked through there and got to duporth bay which was the beach owned by the holiday camp on the hill (it's a housing development now )) and I've always had nightmares of being there and the entire area slowly flooding with rising seawater and everyone ignoring it. I've not been there in 10 years now but I can't believe how high that water is, it's nearly covering the whole harbour.

What do you think the intention is behind them saying that to a total stranger walking past them on the street? Do they say it to everybody that walks by them, like 500 people a day? Or just a specific type of person?

A load of old women in stoke used to say hello to everyone who walked passed them, I think there's a big difference between "good morning" and "hey baby"

Yeah the context being that the people sitting down are probably either strawberry floating beggars or street vendors, they seem to have been picked for the video as much because they're grubbily dressed and non-white as for their comment, the tone of it and the context within which it was delivered

Honestly, what is wrong with people. The way some guys think is so incredibly creepy.

I wonder if the same thing would happen over here? I'd like to think that people have a bit more respect over here.
I'm sure you'd see something similar on a drunken night out, but not just walking around London for the day surely?

Also, I'm sure they have good intentions, but how exactly do they plan to end 'street harassment' from trash like that, with a charity?
