tl;dr Net is down for several days. What can I make Virgin do?
Service has been down for 10-14 days apart from a few random hours here and there.
Phoned Virgin who says works are being carried out and it may be the case until 13.04.16
They gave me credit from the start date until the works complete when i complained first (this seemed acceptable as originally the net was only going out for an hour here or there)
Next phonecall, I requested they fix it or provide me with wireless internet. They coudnt so gave me credit to buy a MiFi Box and a 1 Month Net Contract from Currys/Three.
The net has got worse and worse it was down for all of the Easter Weekend. and though fast, the 15GB of data from the MIFI is not allowing me to use the net as I would normally.
What can I do? Have any of you had similar problems? what were your solutions?
(note: Am still within my first 12months of contract so cant leave, just like that, unless they've broken their deal)
