Does anyone else have a VirginMedia Email account? I'm trying to access it tonight as I'm using it as my main contact while searching for a new job but I can't seem to log in at all. No error messages or anything, I just get what appears to be a loading screen (3 dots moving in the centre of the screen). It did load up some OX Log In or something but after going through that, I'm just stuck on another loading screen which looks the same.

Never had an issue with this before. Anyone else having any difficulties?

This doesn't help you now but in future never use ISP emails for anything more than checking your phone bill. What happens if you change supplier in the future?

Again, this doesn't help you now, but as someone involved in hiring/reviewing CVs, you don't look any better for having an @virginmedia email address. Just use Gmail.

Tried it just now. They've stuck up a tech difficulties message:

Sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties

Sorry for any inconvenience, but our website is temporarily out of action.

Our engineers are now working to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Please check back with us in a while

This. It's the half of the email address before the @ that I judge people on.

Unless you still have a hotmail.com address, then you deserve to be on the dole.

I changed from Sky Yahoo to Gmail and icloud. Had enough of the service going down all the time and emails arriving late. Anyone would think it was owned by Royal Mail. Not one problem when Sky were with Gmail.

Yahoo also have a horrible security flaw that allows someone else to take your email address 6 months after its deleted.

Yeah Virgin is being gooseberry fool tonight. I'm trying to watch TV Anywhere and it's awful. Not loading anything really.

You know that they've just changed the email system on Virginmedia? i.e. dropped Gmail 'support'. If you are having problems still I'd give them a ring, (if you can find their carefully hidden helpliine number...) You have given it plenty of time to load up though - because it takes forever to run through everything now - I'm seriously talking about 30-40 seconds.
