Excellent news all round. Hopefully the VF2 is based on the PS2 release.

It's a straight arcade conversion upscaled to 720p with added online play.

Looking back the lighting on the PS2 port was quite bad so I'm glad theyve ported from scratch.

This is great news, but once Model 3 ports come along I will be even more excited!

Scud Race, Daytona USA 2, Scud Race, VF3, Sega Rally 2 (Infact we need a model 2 port of the original) etc etc!

Seeing as the Supermodel 3 project has been abandoned by Bart (albeit with Scud Race perfectly emulated) it seems XBLA/PSN is the only chance ill have of owning an arcade perfect port of Virtua Fighter 3.

Make it happen SEGA :)

At that price I think most people will pick it up. I reckon they will also be out on iOS soon enough.

It'll be a strawberry floating travesty if it does come out on iOS. How the frig are you supposed to play VF2 on a touchscreen?

The megadrive port of VF2 is on the App Store and it works ok. Ofcourse its just a novelty, like most iOS games...

Mega Drive of VF2? HAHAHAHA that's gooseberry fool version of Virtua Fighter 2.

Anyway, was so glad to see these games are only 400ms each. I was seriously expecting 800ms for them - very good move by Sega.
