Basically I've got a bit of an embarassing issue, I can feel something in my lower back everytime I sit down (possibly in the upper anal passage). It's not painful as such, more a 'dull' pain. I also feel tired a lot of the time.

Anyone have any ideas what it could be (no cock jokes), I am seeing a Doctor on Wednesday and am a bit worried. :(

Have faith in the Doctor. It's probably a hemorrhoid.

Yeah, hopefully nothing more than that, but I am looking at surgery from what I see on the Internet, which I am not looking forward to, especially in that region of the body.

Nope. It is however harder to go to the loo.

You sure you haven't got a Dualshock 3 stuck up there?

Does it feel like something is pushing inside? A dull ache?

Yeah, I can feel something when I sit down. It's not really painful, dull ache is about right.

Never, ever look on the internet when worried about medical problems. No matter what it is, you'll always find a page saying that YOU ARE GOING TO DIE. *Cue the Indiana Jones GIF*

Agreed. Just get round to the Drs and enjoy today and tomorrow, they could be your last days.

I forgot to add I have had it for a while and it seemed to come after a bad case of piles that I thought had cleared. There's no bleeding in my stools I might add.

I'm dying aren't I?

Before my last op on my chest the nurse did say I had low BP as well, could this be a factor?

Would be kind of ironic if it was something serious and if it is I will jump off a tall building.

You're not dying.

I've never met you before in my life, but I'm sure you'll be fine.

You are not dying. Probably something simple like back ache due to lack of exercise. You'll be fine.

Do you specifically exercise your back? Do you even know how to do that? Walking, running or swimming doesn't necessarily exercise your back muscles correctly. Last year I had lower back ache that didn't go away and seemed to get worse when walking. I went to the Drs fearing the worst and they suggested I look up some back exercises on the internet! I did this and picked 5 exercises which I now do every day (taking about 5 mins) and now I no longer have a back problem.

If your sticking stuff up there that might be the cause of your problem.

Why ask an internet forum about games for medical advice in the first place? I'm surprised this hasn't already became a Ripping contest already.
