And men cry. The purpose of this topic is to share the things that have made you cry. I'd rather it not be personal things (It can be if you want), but movie/ game scenes that have made you cry. Things you are comfortable with sharing. My list:

The Bucket List- Oh man the ending got me really bad. I cried for like 10 minutes after the credits had rolled. :lol:

One Foot in the Grave- The final episode... :cry:

Metal Gear Solid 3- The feeling of guilt overwhelmed me completely, that and the music made it sad.

Metal Gear Solid 4- When the credits rolled.

Silent Hill: Homecoming- It didnt make me 'cry' but the ending moved me deeply to the point where my eyes were moist.

The Green Mile- Nearly makes me cry. Nearly.

Men cry, and I am not afraid to admit it. If something has the power to make you cry, that is a testament to how brilliantly crafted the piece of fiction is and anything that makes me cry will remain in my memory forever.

Grave of the Fireflies made me well up a bit, the ending of Heat had an effect on me (when the credits rolled, helped by the music), no tears though.

Once Upon A Time In America. What happens to Dominic just destroys me every time. The soundtrack for Once Upon A Time In The West, Grave Of The Fireflies, Shane, The Champ and The Land Before Time. Oh, and Jurassic Bark, bloody Seymour gets me every time.

I'm a big wuss really.

Lion King, the only film ever to tug my heartstrings = although Man on fire was very close, on my first watch.

I keep meaning to watch grave of the fireflies, but I am afraid I will blubber like a schoolgirl seeing Zac Effron.

@ crying at computer games mayne, man up.

I ain't even tryna be super macho or nothing, but I really can't remember the last time I cried (over three years ago probably when I was going through some gooseberry fool with my then girlfriend).

Personally I can't really see the point in crying most of the time as it doesn't really fix anything.

I hate how even a film that I know is gooseberry fool is capable of manipulating my emotions; Spielberg's AI is a case in point. I tolerated it with the odd moment of outright dislike pretty much all the way through, but somehow the ending(s) still made me feel tearful. Damn my sensitive, girlish ways.

Hand on heart a game or film has never made me cry. Maybe feel slightly sad but never cry. I reckon I can get more emotional through watching sport on TV (especially big tournaments or championships) rather than films.

The first time I watched brave heart.

I was reading about willie wallace not long ago. When they took him for sentencing, they tied his naked to to a horse carriage, so his body was been dragged on the floor.

He got repeatedly stretched, then they cut off his penis, then they disimbowled him, whilst he was still alive. Then chopped off his arms, legs & head.

Thats quite nasty way to go.

Other than family/friends dying, I cant remember the last time I cried. I am not acting macho, I just don’t cry easily.

A book or game has never made me cry and the only film I can think that did was Schindlers List. Oh and Dodgeball when Steve decided he didn’t want to be a pirate anymore.
