The video for These Are The Days Of Our Lives by Queen made me cry. Freddie looked so ill, and it was clear that the whispered "I still love you" at the end was for the fans, who he knew would likely not see him again.

Probably the last time I cried was when I split from my ex. Other then that, nah, I don't cry.

I can't say I've ever actually shed a tear at a TV series/film/video game (seriously?) but I've come close with some scenes in Six Feet Under.

A well done cutscene can be as good as any similar scene in a movie or tv show.

I never find games have anywhere near the depth required to make me emotionally involved enough to cry. If you're running around hacking gooseberry fool up for 95% of the game, a few cutscenes don't really do it for me.

Never cried, but these films could have if I wasn't so proud:

- The Kite Runner
- The Elephant Man
- Cinema Paradiso
- Ikiru
- One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest

God damn films man. I hate them.

Oh, and the scene from Lost where Sawyer is just about to be shot in the rain.

That one made me cry. It's a Wonderful Life, a scene from Walking with Beasts and a short story in a graphic novel all made me cry. Also, finding out that one of my closest friends (who I had a thing for) had strawberry floated off to Spain to live with her boyfriend without any sort of goodbye upset me.

The third to last ever Seinfeld episode, where they showed a load of still pictures from the set and had Green Day's 'Time Of Your Life' playing over it.

I didn't cry but I welled up.

I cried last week when I had realised how some of my actions had deeply upset someone who was, until that day, a close friend of mine. I hadn't cried in years. It really brought a lot of things from my past back to haunt me though.... but perhaps that was a good thing. I'm better now for it.

I cried the other day when my parent's dog died.

I was sad because of the death, and I was sad because my Mum was upset....

The Pianist. Awesome film.

His Dark Materials, book 3, 'The Amber Spyglass.' I wept uncontrollably as I finished the book.

Yep, the last patient he fails to save and goes beserk in the room, the look on Carlas face started me off. And the following one where JD visits him at his apartment.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

Hmmm....

I remember crying at the end of Finding Neverland, really nice and touching film.
The Amber Spyglass ending made me cry when I was a bit younger.

One which really sticks though is when I was 10 I head Queen - The Show Must Go On for the first time. I remember my dad telling me about Freddie Mercury and his story, and it made me cry.

Nothing, usually. But there is one exception. This:

[youtubeuk]http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=vJ40uig4yFU[/youtubeuk]

You realise this dead gay guy was once a little boy, whose parents loved him dearly, and there he is, scampering around the beach with a little puppy in his arms, while Neil Young sings a lovel-WAAAAAAAAAH.
