I wouldn't go with "hang them", exactly, but we do have a serious problem in this country with repeat offenders and general wastes of space that nobody seems to have worked out how to solve. Probably because it can't be. Environment + poor education = already strawberry floated.

You get your say every 4 years. If we were to vote on every dingle decision, we'd get strawberry float all done. We elect people to make these decisions for us.
