Might as well have a look.

A DJ to give it a sound track ? I'm not liking the sound of this already.

Yeah but they don't last that long normally.

It does but because they are all going painfully slowly so as to not use up their charge it just felt like an eternity.

As the for the race, I'm not sure I like it.

I sat up and shouted "NO WAY" as Prost and Heidfeld crashed into each other at the last corner

Pretty bad crash for the last corner for postions 1 and 2 , thought heidfeld was gonna lump prost lol (seeing the replay i can see why as prost moves into him)

They do sound like milk floats.

The cars do sound a bit gooseberry fool. Not sure what Prost was doing really. Amazing to see Prost and senna in the same field. Most of these drivers have had at least some F1 experience (or rich family members with F1 experience) so it's a good lineup!

I gave up half way through, I just couldn't get into it, it just didn't seem to have any feeling for me.

Was a good race but a boring track. Some of the tracks to come look awesome though, especially the one in Uruguay.

Bad crash at the end. No idea what Prost was thinking, glad Heidfeld was OK.

I get that Formula E is something of a joke right now but I do feel that there is a genuine long term benefit if it takes hold. The thought of small groups with and without factory support coming up with innovative ways of utilising the on board power, looking for ways of improving the designs of components and the cars alike is quite exciting.

I'm not saying they will come up with an uber battery that will last 1000 mile on a 30 minute charge but I do feel that there is a possibility of tangible benefits for all.
