i think the vent is a brillaint idea !!

all the others will be flipping the air up and so effecting rear wing, by having the vent the air goes through then im guessing over some kit to create downforce.

It's not an actual vent as they're not allowed. It's supposed to reduce the tubulence created by the step on the nose.

I wonder if the 'Beadle nose' (thats what i'm calling it now) will have an effect on the flexible front wing? They used to run that massive rake angle on the red bull to tip the wing closer to the ground than allowed, so with the back end lower now (due to the ban on the blown diffusers) the front wing will be higher.

If the gap is to reduce pressure, it might have the effect of creating a bit of 'free' downforce being where it is.

Testing form predictions:

1st. Red Bull
2nd. McLaren
3rd. Force India
4th. Lotus
5th. Ferrari (head will roll)
6th. Mercedes

New Williams:

Compare the front wing detail to the red bull...they havn't got a chance RIP IN PEACE.

I read somewhere that Mercedes said their cars are running on 2011 specifications, but the fans have spotted something new on their cars during the test such as a new diffuser and front wing.
