Been a lovely day here in Chelt. Any excuse to move from one side of the hospital to the other via outside I took. Damn happy they turned off the general heating in the hospital though, it was getting a bit 'sticky'.

its not a good time for me with my health issues in warm weather. luckily only heat rashes and slight breathing issues have affected me today. so just sitting next to my fan and keeping cold.

Another nice one today, a bit hotter. Makes taking the dog for a walk (which I'm doing now), something enjoyable rather than having to walk him thinking "strawberry floating dog, haven't you died yet?"

It really is crazy how quickly we’ve suddenly ended up with full blown summer in April. The seasons just mean bugger all these days.

Well I'm just going to have to get a McFlurry at lunch because of this weather.

Having a BBQ at work today 8-)

I'm doing a 60km run on Saturday, so hoping it cools down a bit.

just sat in the garden for an hour and got burnt

Not even been outside since I arrived at work at 6:40 this morning, looks glorious outside though from what I can see. Probably lovely and warm as well
