And now it's really warm. What the strawberry float happened.

I hope the good weather comes back. It was definitely warmer today, I was like a dog on heat :dread:

It's appropriate but I'm not sure that expression means what you intended given the dread emoji.

I had to walk to the bus with my truncheon trying to escape my jeans. I think the emoji is accurate

Had a lovely couple of hours weather wise this morning, then I had to go to work, didn't look like it was bad at any point though.

Meant to be a nice weekend though, wonder if it'll actually be as nice as they all seem to think.

It does seem crazy at the moment that we can go from low single figure temperatures to 20's within a matter of days, gives my body no chance to catch up and get used to the heat before it's gone. Would be nice if it stuck around for a while this time :)

I wonder when the hosepipe bans will be announced?
One of the reservoirs near me is only at a terrifying 91% full :o .

The water wars will soon start in East Anglia :dread: .

Overcast today but spent a good 4 hours in the garden yesterday with the Kindle.

Actually think I got slightly burned for the first time in my life, like my arms stung in the shower but are otherwise fine? Shrug. I don't really get burned/it never gets hot enough here to get burned.

We can only dream of having hills that big.
I'm also noting I don't have a monocle on which is terrible form. Just because it's the apocalypse that's no reason to dress poorly :fp: .

Absolutely glorious weather here today - clear blue skies all day and temps in the 20s.

Sadly I've been stuck inside all day doing DIY jobs as it was the only free day to do it. :fp:

Same here, it's may day in town which means a few thousand motorbikes decend on the town but it's too hot deal with heat and masses of people.

Get rid of the lawns! Embrace plants!
