People say video games are relaxing, but when I play something like MW2 online, I'm anything but. And I tend to get angry.

I'm having trouble distinguishing between whether this is meant in seriousness or as a sarcastic comment. If it is the latter then I would suggest you need to enrole yourself in the nearest mental hospital as soon as possible.
I get angry, and I can be a bit of a sore loser at times, but there is a difference between anger, and mental instability. Actually wanting to kill somebody just because of a game is insanity. In my mind, this applies to things like football as well, where certain types of opposing fans will want to beat the living daylights out of each other over the result of a football game. It beggars belief. Leicester got done the other night in injury time by a dubious penalty but it doesn't mean I want to plunge an axe into the back of the nearest Reading fan...
