Apart from Steve's default reply (does help sometimes), honestly what do you do?

One of my really close mates is pissed off at me (long story, talked about it in the CRT anyway) and it's really upset me. She's almost talking as though she doesn't want to be mates anymore (I hope, and think, I'm wrong, but still). I tend to get very emotional regarding close mates, so this has hurt me badly. :(

Anyway, one of my best guy mates is having a BBQ, starting about now followed by a night out into town (getting pissed being a necessity) with lots of our best friends. I hope it works. I might even be bothered to try to pull tonight.

Edit - I realise "gooseberry fool on her tits" is going to be an obvious one too..

Making somebody smaller and weaker than me feel even worse than I do usually works for me. Hope this helps.

I find it impossible to cheer myself up, although pills make the pain go away.

If I'm a bit down I like to watch some stand-up, gets me laughing and puts me in a better mood.

I sometimes put depressing music on. I feel entitled to its down tempo sound, and then wallow in self pity 8-)!

But if you'd rather feel good, get a strawberry floating bit of Bob Marley on, son!

Do something that makes me zone out.

Game, walk somewhere with some music on, watch a film.

Then just talk to some friends about something unrelated/go out.

Randomly edit the word "Boobs" into peoples posts when they are not looking.

It's rare that I need cheering up, but when I do I usually listen to music.
