Inspired by BobbyDigital.

Let's all record our voices and post MP3s of them to create an archive of forumites' voices. We should all read the same sentence. Need to decide what the sentence would be though: prefereably something that demonstrates all the facets of speech.

Any ideas?

Yeah this was the thread that made everyone realise that AerisHime was a female.
Chaos ensued.

Yes, everyone creamed over Aeris's voice and she said that she would do me. I'm still waiting. :(

I have an ordinary voice, I suspect. It's probably a bit whiney, though If I'm tired or have a cold as I do now I sound cool and unbothered and a bit weary. I don't say too many pointless things as I would otherwise and I like it. But otherwise, it's monotonous, then it'll sharply change and I'll sound insincere. It's a manchester (or salford) accent so it can't really annoy anyone. I listen to Yahztee and take his strong voice for granted and then he adds a face and a hat as he speaks and it's even more astounding. I kind of wish I had a distinct voice like him. Or Kiether Sutherland. Listening to the 24 commentary, you get any number of writers or even actors and they all sound the same. Then, Kiether speaks and it's like he's put his voice through so many cool filters. And you don't neccessarily realise on screen, and as with Yahztee; listening to that voice in a different way just highlights its greatness.
