What Do You think Will Be Game Of E3?

Hopefully something new and original will blow me away. Otherwise it will be one of: Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, Gran Turismo 5, or Team ICO's game.

On a professional level its hard to say because there are quite a few surprises in store and lots of titles we have seen very little of. I'd have to say God of War III which is quite frankly going to be amazing.

On a personal level I look forward to seeing what Ubisoft have done with Red Steel 2 and Shaun White 2: 2 of my favourite games of the current crop.

Like Alvin said, I expect a previously unannounced game will probably impress people more due to unexpectedness. I've got a feeling that Sony are going to announce some pretty good stuff and will likely have the better show of the 3. Although if Perfect Dark 2 gets announced (and is more like the original) then that'll get my vote.

That said, if Nintendo were to show a trailer for a new Zelda/Mario on Wii then that would trump everything for me. But I doubt this will happen (I see a Zelda trailer unlikely, and I don't expect a new Mario would be a 3d platformer which I'd rather have).

EDIT: Of course there's also HL ep3, which may be quite good...

I'd be willing to bet a lot its not ME2.

It depends if Nintendo have anything big to announce...but assuming not...

...I think it could be Rock Band Beatles. Its obviously not a new announcement, but it should be huge.

I'm most interested in God of War 3, but ideally I'd like to see something new and awesome.

Modern Warfare 2.

Ye i hope it is something new that we aren't really anticipating.

I think it'll be something we don't know about, or maybe Halo: Reach (if it exists).

If it's going to be a game we DO know about, I'd say Mass Effect 2. I want to say Splinter Cell: Conviction, but I don't think the hype is there as much this year. Depends really on what they bring to the table.

EDIT: Modern Warfare 2 as well, looking forward to that so much.

I'd like to see something of GT5, just to remind me of the main reason I bought a PS3.

But yeah, surely there's going to be at least one huge surprise which is going to stand out as the game of E3. Hopefully anyway.

The Monkey Island remake already won. Everybody else should go home now.

Alan Wake really didn't look that good, it's just people hyping them up for 2 years solid and then finally been told yes it does exist and here it is, it's an outpouring of good will.

So far GOE3 goes to The Beatles Rock Band for me, but I expect a couple of things to top that.

Now the first day of the show is done I think Brutal Legend is my game of E3. I look forward to tomorrows showings to see if anything can top it!

there are many great looking games and it looks like this year will cost me even more than previous ps3/360/wii owning years.

but Crackdown 2 will most certainly be at the top of any pile.
