I mean seriously if he were innocent he would win trials in court, he surely has enough money to offerd top notch solicitors so he is hardly going to be pushed for a well articulated defence.

He faked a heart attack to not go back, if he were innocent then i cant see then point in him doing that!

He didn't actually fake a heart attack, he claimed he was unfit to travel to the UK due to a heart condition that he has actually been diagnosed with.

This was obviously a stalling tactic and it is clear that he did not want to return to the UK. I fail to see how his wish not to return here somehow highlights his guilt...guilty or innocent he is aware he is going to be hounded by the media and despised by the public.
