Well he doesn't, he walks down a street and he meets them, he dies.

If prep time comes into it, Iron Man would still beat him as he would also have the luxury of "prep time".

If Batman is in a position where he could meet them walking down the street he's already prepared. Iron Man's the easiest to beat, upload a computer virus to his suit and he's useless. Batman VS Captain America would be a closer fight as they're both tactical geniuses.

...and how exactly would he do that? The OS for Iron Man's suit is in the public domain and he has an open WiFi connection to it?

Batman fans are such Batman fanboys and always come up with some excuse as to why Batman would win. The reality is he only wins in his universe where the story is written to his strengths. If there was a cross over, the writers aren't going to let it all be Batman's way.

Stark's armour is forever getting compromised in the comics, it's not difficult. Batman won against Captain America in the Marvel VS DC crossover and reached a stalemate in JLA/Avengers while Captain America won against Iron Man in Civil War. Logic states Batman can win against Iron Man.

Logic dictates nothing, these battles are won based on what the writers wanted to happen. Batman has more weaknesses than any of the characters I've mentioned here, it is too simple to say "he'd win with preparation", because you could claim the same win for pretty much any character.

In crossovers, between DC and Marvel it is pretty much always going to end in stalemate because neither publisher will allow their character to be beaten. The Judge Dredd vs Batman crossover also ended in stalemate. Who could predict?

Well that's exactly the same for every fan of things isn't it? Iron Man isn't invincible and could easily be crushed, as could Cap America... etc... and Batman..

Saying Batman wouldn't win :fp: I'm not even a Batman fanboy and I'll fully admit Batman would win no matter what.

Anyways, forgot about marvel's live action tv projects. Hulk is apparently still going ahead (hopefully with Ruffalo) but seems the Jessica Jones one might be dead.

"logic this" and "logic that"

We're talking about a world that has super-strength humans, technology that doesnt exist, man/green rage monster and mythical demi gods.

Batman is my favourite super hero next to Iron Man but i'd be hard pressed to say Batman would win. Everyone says 'if batman had enough prep time' blah blah, look at the dark knight - The Joker owned Batman by trapping both Rachel Dawes and Harvey Dent. Batman wouldn't get prep time.

Also, tony start is way smarter than batman and probably even richer. Batman is also like "UHH LET THE JOKER LIVE" ... stupid morals, because he lets the Joker live loads of other people die. Just kill the Joker.

Whatever.

Iron man ftw.

All Iron Man has to do is shoot Batman in the face. Game over. Even Hawkeye could defeat Batman because of the accuracy of his arrows. Right in the strawberry floating face.

To be fair Hawkeye is a beast. All of the Avengers are given the chance. Cept Ant Man, lol.

Back on topic, the new trailer for the Amazing Spider Man looks INSANELY GOOD. Can't wait for it - really hope Spideys in the next Avengers.

Some of you seem to be confusing Batman from the Nolan films with actual comic book/DCAU Batman. Nolan Batman would lose against movie Iron Man yes, comic book/DCAU Batman would destroy comic book Stark. Stark is a creative genius but knows nothing about strategy.

Batman can literally catch arrows in mid-air without looking, Hawkeye couldn't even beat Green Arrow.
