In terms of Wireless I'd do some research on the LucidSound LS40. As of a few months ago it was one of the best of the year, if I remember.
Isn't a lurid colour either, unlike a lot of gaming headsets.

Ive got the Astra A10's they're wired, but they're very good, cost me £50

I use these for my PC. Good quality for quite a cheap headset, very comfortable and the microphone is removable.
