Oh I forgot about that. I have two for some reason. Probably primary and secondary.

Must be posting from two different world lines again.

I have a 28 year old Gaye Bykers on Acid t-shirt, a 22 year old jumper, a 20 year old pair of boots.

Yeah, pretty much my entire wardrobe is ancient. Even the new stuff is second hand/vintage.

I have some old clothes but I have no idea exactly when I bought them. I do have a work shirt that I bought before I met my wife, so pre 2006. It’s starting to fray on the elbows though so it is not long for this world.

I recently went shopping for the first time in ages. The majority of my clothes are a fair few years old though, with the oldest top I have that is still worn relatively frequently being a t-shirt I got in Thailand 7 years ago.

If my clothes still fit and are not ruined, I don't see the point in not keeping them. The fashion industry is incredibly wasteful, especially when people wear items of clothing for less than a year, then chuck them  .

I have a pair of 'basketball' style shorts my uncle leant me when I was about 8-10. They were far too big for me but the waist band could be tied up so they didn't fall down.

I still wear them to bed in the winter and I'm 27 now

I also have a t-shirt with The Rock on it that was oversized when I got it (must have been around 2000/2001) that still fits me

I have a Preston North End T-shirt that's 27 years old. It's really cool because the letters 'PNE' have been made to look like the Public Image Limited logo. Very edgy for footy merchandise. :datass:

I call it my lucky shirt, but it isn't really.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

Nothing really older than 2 years I think. I do have a red smash bros logo shirt that's probably 3-4 years old that I wear on the odd occasion, but rarely outside since the plastic pattern is really flaking away now.

I also benefit from the ability to decorate any kind of garment with whatever I want, so I imagine after a couple of years most of my clothes will look like something out of an Argos catalogue with inexplicable memes on them.

That shirt is almost as old as I am, strawberry floating hell.

Actually, now you've reminded me I've got a couple of Blackburn tops from the Premier League era still knocking about to be used as gym wear. Oldest is probably from about 06-07.

I've got a jumper I still wear that I've had since I was 17, which makes it over 20 years old :dread:
