It's that time of year, if you've been good you may get one of these under the tree. But which is better there's only one way to find out...... Vote.

Heroes now feature choc eclair, a tooth loosening bastard of a toffee. But they also have dinky deckers, a mini double decker. Overall, a quality tub.

For me Celebrations are the clear winners, all quality chocolates, bounty adds a taste of the exotic and snickers salted nuts adds a savory note to balance out the diabetes inducing goodness.

Roses and Quality Street are ghosts of what they once were. Living in the past, no more toffee barrel, no more chocolate hazelnut swirl and that's before we get onto the new wrappers. Shocking,

Saying that I don't mind a big purple one at Christmas.

I selected Roses. They're not as good as they were, but still better than Quality Street and I'm not overly keen on Celebrations.

I always avoid toffees but do like fudge.

I find Roses a bit rich, over-sweet. Heroes are perhaps underrated, Wispa's are divine (just wish they dropped the Dairy Milk for more Wispas).

But Celebrations are the winners for me. Galaxy simply tastes better than Cadburys Dairy Milk these days, Bounty is a personal fave and they have a bunch of the old classics in there.

I selected Roses before reading the OP and now I have poller's remorse - should have gone with Celebrations :(

How can I be the only person so far to vote Heroes?!

Clearly, Heroes are miles better than the competition.

The silly neighbourhood vegetable.

I've now changed it so everyone can change their votes. As post Christmas day binge we may all feel differently.

This year John Lewis are doing the pick n mix Quality Street tins, so you can create your own dream tin.

Also Amazon has the big tins for sale 2.2kg, much better than the usual sizes.

The smell of an open full metal tin of Quality Streets absolutely takes me back to being a kid at Christmas. Chocolate-wise, I'm not massively keen on any of them but Celebrations probably edge it for the Teaser.

Given the cost of a single freddo these days I can only assume this costs about 30GBP.

Ordered a free box of Quality Street with my Iceland shop today, but it’s my least favourite. Too many toffees for my liking, chocolate coating not particularly appealing, and the coconut one is a shockingly poor Bounty knock-off.

Toss up between Cadbury’s Heroes and Celebrations, basically because they’re just miniature versions of actual chocolate bars, whereas Roses is now a selection of overly sweet creams - an exercise in removing as much actual chocolate as they can get away with.

Well, that Freddo box could be the winner, where actually sells them though? Quality wise the Lindt would be the best, but imagine that tub would cost even more than the Freddo one.

As for the options? I think it's very close between Heroes and Celebrations, both have one option that I really don't like, but you seem to get loads more Creme Egg ones in the Heroes than Snickers in Celebrations, but then I'm not big on Mars either.... Think Heroes just takes it.

If it wasn't for all his friends sponging off him, we could still eat the little strawberry floater for 10p. :x

It appears you don't get any stickers with that one though. :(
