Like many from the NW of England I'm related to poor Irish folk (on my father's side).

My mother thinks this is why I drink and swear so much. TBH if my uncle Nelson was anything to go by she might have a point.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

My grandad was a right hand man for Jack spot, who was a notorious london gangster back in the days, who had people like the krays working for him, luckily though, i was not alive nor was my dad at this time!

A sizeable chunk of the population of Swansea is my guess, by the sheer number of cousins, second cousins, etc. that I have there. :fp:
