To be fair, the Funko Pop thing has potential to deliver some family friendly entertainment that Microsoft's lineup currently lacks. I remember turning my nose up at the idea of Lego games back in the day, and look at what happened there.

That’s not the point. You only have to look at those stats to see it’s not hitting the numbers it should. I loved Gears but even by 3 it felt stagnant. You need to shelve IPs to build interest back, think of new ways to excite etc. Microsoft should have been looking to build new IPs instead of relying on that horrid rinse and repeat cycle they find themselves in.
