Not strictly an emulation thing but felt like this was probably the most logical thread to drop it in:
I've been checking out
OpenGOAL a project which has been working on decompiling and re-implementing native ports of the Jak & Daxter trilogy from the PS2 era. It's still a work in progress but the first game is largely complete and playable and it's a really great way to revisit the game! Much better than the slightly crap emulated version available on PS4/5. Higher resolutions, solid 60fps, multiple widescreen options, quality of life improvements etc.

The project also supports mods, I've not really looked into that side of things yet but as far as I can tell people have even got as far as making custom levels to insert into the game!
Basically if you're a Jak fan it's very much worth checking out!
