Are the online tournament timings wrong.... Kart Monday says it starts at 2200! Maybe the clock change hasn't been carried out by Nintendo?

I think Dragon needs to adjust the time, for some reason it doesn't open until 10pm.

All the tourney tmings are wrong. Nintendo has screwed up
.
