That's the theory the police are going with.

I had planned on going back to Salisbury soon too. :(

Leave it another 4 months. Don't want to make it too obvious

That sounds like a confession.

Good morning!

I was reading about this on the BBC website and noticed that both incidents occurred withing a five mile radius of Porton Down.

What a lucky coincidence that the UK's foremost biochemical weapon research center is just around the corner from these places where biochemical weapons have been deployed. I guess they must have some samples of Novichok in order to conduct tests, or maybe they can just make their own Novichok in Porton Down.

That's Porton Down- the biochemical research facility just around the corner from where these biochemical attacks took place.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

If they were trying to kill a specific target they've really got to carry out the assassination where he is.

All I'm saying is, if I was Inspector Barnaby, I'd at least send Sergeant Troy round to 'have a word'.

It's also interesting that one of (if not the) largest UK army barracks, Bulford Camp, is on Salisbury Plain - about 2 miles from Amesbury and 8 miles from Salisbury.

The top comments on the DM story on this have to be Russian bots or Russian workers sat typing comments. Thousands of likes on a few hundred comments that are all anti the uk government and conspiracy nutty.

Edit. I’ve just looked for the story to retrieve some of the comments and the main article has vanished. DM must have taken it down as a result.

Are you sure you're not a carrier for Novichok, you could be walking around randomly poisoning people.

Have we got confirmation that the bad hombre Vermilion is behind bars yet?
Are they at least surrounding his house with tanks and maybe an Apache helicopter or 3?
