That was fun. Imagine you could just send the same guy up every time in football haha, balls of steel.

It's better when every has to take a bit of responsibility I think but fair play to Oshie, that was pure class.

I've always thought I'd love to see this system happen in a major tournament... but after watching it actually happen... maybe not. Let's stick to penalties

The Dutch have utterly destroyed the competition in the womens 1500m speed skating.

Enjoyed the women's snowboarding this morning, apart from the embarrassing commentary again.

Watched the two-man bobsleigh as well, seriously small margins between the top teams.

Figure skating's on now, the British and Russian girls are quite nice.

The BBC are bloody obsessed with the Ice Dancing, I've seen most of these routines at least 3 times now :fp:

Most times when I've flicked onto the Olympics it seems to be figure skating.

I have no idea what I'm looking for in it though, the British pair seemed to do a really good routine but got a poor score. It's all impressive to me. Think the US won though.

I like the commentary (I only watched the men, but assume it's the same people). It was nice to have a bit of enthusiasm for a change.

One of the guys is alright, it's the other one. He came out with "this race is like a meat sale at Lidl" - what does that mean? He just sounds like an overly-enthusiastic college kid. I prefer someone a bit more impartial and professional.

Someone said that in the pundit's box the other day - probably the same guy. Something about a half price meat sale.
