Toronto city council have voted to allow bars to start serving alcohol at 7am on Sunday. Every sports bar I've phoned is already fully booked, so no bandwagon jumping for me
What do you mean by 'another bizarre decision'? The first time she clearly cut the corner and took out the other skaters. The second time she clearly cut inside and crossed outside the track. I haven't seen how she got disqualified this time round, but the first two were pretty blatant. I almost hoped she'd get a third totally different type of disqualification, purely for the comedy value of messing up three totally different ways.
Literally the first time I watched Christie's racr, knowing she had been DQd, I called the reason why.
Sadly I then had to listen to the experts spend ten minutes pretending they couldn't see what had happened. Or worse, not knowing what had happened. I've only dipped in and out of the games, but the BBC have been terrible every time I have.
The other example was the Skeleton commentary for Yarnold's final run. The guy shat himself with fear every time the split came through. She was having a poor run, she was going slowly, she was going to lose... even though she never dropped below being 0.93 ahead.
Bunch of amateurish, pandering knicker-wetters, IMO.
