Yeah I just watched that. As I Welshman I find it crazy the way the English press go after the manager and team sometimes. Sterling is one of England's best players and he constantly gets slaughtered in the media, it seems really toxic.

I have a feeling England will do well this World Cup, I think they will make the quarter finals.They seem more cohesive than they have in awhile. Southgate comes across really well in interviews too.

Yet all the experts seem to think Sane being dropped was the problem. Like he would have somehow stopped the Mexican counter attacks. Mexico if they made the right pass or shot could have easily scored 3 in the first half. Sane was dropped because he constantly played shite for Germany.
