Germany vs Mexico is the first match I've been able to sit down and watch properly of this world cup and Germany aren't looking great are they?

These shots on goal by Mexico this half have been terrible.

Taking the ball off Boateng like candy from a baby. Hope Mexico hang on here.

Mexico’s decision making in the final third has been dreadful, I’ve seen Pompey play better counterattacking football this season than them.

It’s always nice to see the holders lose their first game.

Easily Germany worst team performance in World Cup. Mexico were strawberry floating atrocious in final 3rd. Bring on Brazil.

What a result! Fully deserved. Of the favourites who have played so far I’ve not been particularly impressed with any of them. Spain were pretty decent tbf but couldn’t get a win again PortRonaldo. France and Germany were both rubbish.

Well done Mexico! Expected better from the current world champions. Germany were really lucky Mexico didn't have that killer edge in the final third or it'd have been rather embarrassing.
