Marcus was robbed. He's been the only decent artist in there for the past few months.

I wanted and expected Marcus to win before this weekend (I wouldn't have minded Little Mix winning though) but his performances weren't great. Little Mix were better and by the end I wanted them to win. They all seem nice enough people so I don't mind really

Little Mix were better? My mum had this on while we were eating and by god they were gooseberry fool. Marcus should have won this by far, he could actually sing.

Marcus is good but a bit boring. He doesn't have that va va voom a good pop star needs. I think he should do theatre. He'd be brilliant at it.

The whole year has been a bit rubbish. Last year there were such a variety of acts and, more specifically, voices. This year we've had an Ellie Goulding tribute act, a Christina Aguilera tribute act, a Lady Gaga tribute act, Mischa B and a load of singers with utterly forgettable voices. Yawn.

And the judges were gooseberry fool this year too.

Wish Kelly would strawberry float off, y'all.

Nah, Barlow was pish once it came to the live shows. All he did was sing the praises of his acts, even when they were gooseberry fool, and come up with some poor criticisms of other acts just to try and save his own act. Sure most probably did it. He just made it really obvious. The other judges would sometimes admit where their acts had gone wrong or something. But Gary thought every performance from his acts were perfect.

Plus it really pissed me off how he'd always stand up and direct the audience into cheering his act on once they'd finished.

I thought Tulisa came across as a right bitch to be honest, I'd be perfectly happy to never see her on TV again.

The rest can stay.

I never saw it apart from the repeat of the announcement on itv+1. What did Tulisa say?

Nothing specifically today, but throughout the show she's made a lot of very sly comments to people, and often when the camera shows her during other judges' acts she looks like she's chewing a wasp, doesn't applaud them, that sort of thing.

That's it for another year, while it hasn't been a brilliant X-Factor there have been some highlights!

I hate Coldplay.

I assume Amelia Lily has a record contract already - she seemed not at all surprised to be voted off first. And good for her I say. Judging by the Marks and Spencer advert she's clearly the superstar of the bunch.

The winning song is awful.

The Christmas song part was awful.

Olly Murs is awful.

Littlemix are pretty good actually.

Dermot's woman is a bit of a looker!

I don't know why Canonball was chosen for the girls, its a bit of a slow starter. Better they come out with a song saying 'we are young birds with attitude.' Maybe they will with the next release.

Tulisa came on to the show wanting to keep it real and show her feisty side, but there were times that she just shouted and was rude. Maybe its an age thing and next year she will be better. What I liked about Kelly was that she always tried to stay professional even when Tulisa & Gary got a bit personal with their comments on the acts.

Looking at the voting patterns for the series it shows Little Mix only came out in front in the last couple of weeks. This ties in with Tulisa's blinder of a PR job by promoting the group in all the gossip mags.

So the worst sounding, least talented people won?

Sounds like X-Factor!

I didn't notice this last year with Cheryl (then again I'm not head over heels gagging for her like many in here  ) but to me this year it became so much more about Tulisa rather than Little Mix as the contest drove on. :|

More like Hey Arnold crossed with the alien actress in The Addams Family (Christina Ricci)
