What makes Simon think she would be a good choice?

Maybe he see's her as a likeable Judge for all the little chavs out there!

Ah, the continuing search for 'edge' in The X Factor, even thoguh no one actually wants it (judging by the voting figures for Cher Lloyd last year). I suppose this is marginally better than them bringing Cher back as some kind of mentor (watch now, they probably will).

That middle picture depicts everything that's wrong about modern Britain, and should be remorselessly taken the piss out of.

Great tits.

As for the show, I won't be bothering with it past the novelty value of the 1st week. Bring on X-Factor USA.

Who cares? He's dumped one mindless celebrity with breasts for another. This is just him trying to get more ratings as Cheryl's not as popular as she used to be.

I'd say she's even more popular than she used to be, what with her getting to play the victim again after the whole US thing.

Forget her chavy roots, I think she will turn out to be a big hit. Yeah she's from the hood, but she has a self-made career, ie not from a talent show. Whether you like her voice or hate it she does sings live (which is more than can be said for some judges). She has helped to write some pretty successful tracks. She is actually intelligent and I think she will speak her mind but also show a lot of heart. Also there are too few ethnic whites on mainstream tv so its good to see her representing what is hardly seen.

Good luck to her. She makes me want to watch the next X-Factor.

Slut 1 is replaced by Slut 2.

Okay.

Why are we excited/unhappy?
